Terms and Conditions Transmission Warranty

for all Shipped Transmissions.

Standard 12 Month, Unlimited Mileage, Limited Warranty or Optional 24 Month, Unlimited Mileage, Limited Warranty, on all automatic transmissions shipped within the US..

Standard Transmissions come with a 90 day limited warranty.

All transmissions or vehicles picked up at our location receive a 6 month, unlimited mileage limited warranty.

Transmission must be returned for our inspection. All work must be performed at our location. No Exceptions. Warranty includes replacement of all wearable parts we feel were defective at assembly of transmission. These parts included: Paper, rubber, rings, seals, gaskets, bands and clutches. Electrical parts and Hard parts, listed below are not covered by warranty.

Labor & shipping not included.

We will repair any transmission which we feel has failed due to our workmanship or any defective parts.

Disassembling the transmission or removing the transmission pan, will null and void this warranty.

New torque converters must be installed to warranty transmission.

No transmissions will be accepted if not returned intact.

No Core Charge, however, arrangements must be made for the core to be picked up and shipped, at our expense, to our Transmission Center within 14 days of delivery of our rebuilt transmission.

Failure to do so will result in termination of this Warranty.

Terms for Transmission and torque converter warranty

Transmission lines must be flushed.
Professional mechanic must install transmission and torque converter properly.

Any claims for damaged transmission or torque converter upon delivery, are to be made directly to the carrier. We do not warranty damage from shipping carriers.
Once the transmission has shipped it becomes the carriers responsibility to deliver said item. If for any reason the carrier damages or fails to deliver the transmission, for any reason, this company is not held liable and claims are to be made directly to the carrier. We will not send another transmission or torque converter, but will help put in a claim with the carrier, to assist you, if needed.
Under NO circumstances are we responsible for shipping costs for any reason .. NO EXCEPTIONS.
      We are not responsible for removal or installation cost, towing charges, down time of vehicle, nor are we responsible for different speedometer gears, linkage connections, cooling line connectors, safety neutral connectors, cable connectors or shipping errors of the correct transmission for your vehicle.
Delivery of wrong transmission or parts is included and Transmission Specialist  will not be held responsible for any charges or fees in sending correct transmission or parts to customer. We do not exchange transmissions.

All cancelled orders, or exchanged orders, including parts and transmissions, are subject to a 30% restocking fee plus processing fee  and all shipping costs. Store Credit Only.
You may take off and use any parts necessary from your old transmission before shipping it back to us, if arrangements for your cores return are made in advance.
Transmission Specialist  must authorize all returns prior to shipping.


What is not Warranteed

            Transmission and torque converter which failed due to improper installation, low transmission fluid level, improper cooling, neglect, improper cable adjustment, abuse, modified engines .. rears or tires, or accident of vehicle based upon our inspection of transmission..
            Transmission hard parts including pump, drums, shafts, planetary assembly or case, are not covered by this warranty.
Any electronics, including solenoids, sensors or other related electrical components.
Warranty based on normal driving conditions. Damage due to plowing, towing, racing or other similar conditions are not covered by this warranty.

Shipping Information.

Most transmissions and parts ship in 7 days, however some may take longer to ship depending on availability.
Allow one to two weeks for delivery depending on your location.
In the unlikely event merchandise does not arrive within 30 day time period, customer may make a request for refund, in writing, and a full refund will be mailed within thirty days from the time we received the refund notice. *This is the only exception to our .. No Refund Policy.

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Upon placement of order, customer accepts all terms and conditions of this warranty.
